Where is the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show held?

The Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Does the Las Vegas Convention Center have parking available?

Yes, the Las Vegas Convention Center offers parking for $10 per car space/per day. 

Is the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show open to the public?

No, the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show is not open to the public.

Are there special rates for hotels near the Las Vegas Convention Center?

Yes. We have secured a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to Las Vegas affordable. Please note, in order to make or edit hotel reservations, you must log back into your profile.

I lost an item during the event. What do I do?

Lost and found items will be turned into show management during the show. Items not picked up will be turned into building security concluding the show. Please email Amanda with any questions regarding lost items. 

Is outside food and beverage allowed inside the Las Vegas Convention Center?

No. Outside food and beverage is not allowed inside the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Are children allowed at the show?

Due to safety restrictions, children 17 and are not allowed on the show floor during move-in or move-out. Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult during show days. Minors may accompany exhibitors during exhibitor access hours on show days. Strollers are NOT permitted during show days.

Who are the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show approved vendors?

The 2022 Las Vegas Antique Jewelry Show approved vendors will be available March 2021.

Will there be appraisers on-site?

No, there are no appraisers at the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry Watch Show.

I lost my badge, what do I do?

In the case of a lost badge, a lost badge reprint is required at a fee.

Do you mail badges and/or tickets?

Badges are not mailed prior to the show. Please see registration during registration times to obtain your badge for the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show.

Will there be scooters or wheelchairs available?

Wheelchairs and scooters are available for rent for The Las Vegas Antique Jewelry and Watch Show via Scootaround. To place your order in advance, you can contact Scootaround’s call center at (888) 441-7575 or go online to make your reservation at www.scootaround.com. Scooter daily rental is $70, and Wheelchair daily rental is $25.00.

Please note: If you need to pick up your rental prior to June 9th, you will need to pick up your scooter, or wheelchair in Central Hall. During our show hours and beginning on June 9th, Scootaround will be located at the Fedex- South Hall

Exhibitor FAQ

When can I start setting up my booth?

Official move-in for the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show will be available March 2022.

Can I come early on show days to set up my booth?

Yes, exhibitors are permitted access to the show floor two (2) hours prior to the show opening each day. Please remember to bring your photo ID as they will be checked alongside badges during exhibitor only access hours prior to the show.

I would like to share a booth with another exhibitor. Is this possible?

Yes. The booth share contract will be available soon.

Do I need insurance?

Yes, all exhibitors are required to have their own insurance. The Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show does not provide any type of insurance coverage for the property and/or personnel of exhibiting companies. Exhibitors must maintain insurance and show proof that meets the requirements outlined in the insurance section of the service manual here. (2021 information to come March 2021)

Can I store empty boxes in my booth during the show?

No. Any empty boxes, crates and cartons must be removed from all booths prior to show open. Empty containers will be picked up by Shepard Exposition Services. Shepard will return all “empties” at the conclusion of the show. Exhibitors may obtain labels marked “EMPTY STORAGE” at the Shepard Service Desk and should affix them to each empty crate, carton and box. Please be certain to mark your booth number on each label. Exhibitors are cautioned not to leave any merchandise in boxes being stored with “EMPTY STORAGE” labels.

Can I leave merchandise in my booth overnight?

Exhibitors are not permitted to leave any jewelry in showcases overnight, whether or not the cases are locked, unless private guard service has been secured for the booth. Exhibitors who require private guards must employ the official security contractor (SOA Security). 2022 order form will be available March 2022.

Will there be security on-site?

The Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show, Show Management makes every effort to provide protection for exhibitors’ merchandise and displays. Show management will provide perimeter guard service on a 24-hour basis, starting with move-in until move-out. If private guard service is needed, exhibitors must employ the official security contractor (SOA Security). 2022 order form will be available March 2022.

Can I ship items prior to move-in?

Yes, both advance shipments and direct shipments can be made. More information on advance and direct shipments will be available March 2022.

How do I order items for my booth?

To order items for your booth (i.e: showcases, lights, safes, etc.) please visit the Exhibitor Resource Center of the website to access the show order forms.

Will WiFi be available at the show?

Internet services are not included with your booth package. If you require these services for your booth, please refer to the vendor order forms here. (2022 order forms will be available March 2022)

Please beware of solicitations for hotels, advertising and purchasing attendee lists. All legitimate affiliations will be displayed through your exhibitor console or our website. Please contact show management directly if you have any questions.
