Is the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry Watch Show open to the public?
No, LVAJWS is not open to the public.
Is there a business center on-site?
Yes. FedEx Office operates three (3) business centers in the Las Vegas Convention Center. The hours are 8am – 5pm, 7 days a week, however, hours are subject to change based on event need. Please contact the FedEx Office Business Center at (702) 733-2898 for additional information or visit FedEx’s website for information and to submit your print projects on line.
How can I rent a scooter and/or wheelchair?
Scooter and wheelchair rentals can be made through the FedEx Office located in the Grand Lobby (Central Hall) and the South Hall Lobby. Please contact FedEx Office at 702-943-6780 for more information.
Are animals allowed at the Miami Beach Convention Center?
In compliance with ADA regulations, service animals are allowed at the Las Vegas Convention Center. A service animal is any animal that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Service animals must be leashed at all times. Please note: Emotional support animals, comfort animals, or therapy animals are not service animals and are not allowed in the Las Vegas Convention Center.
I lost an item during the event. What do I do?
Lost and found items will be turned into show management during the show. Items not picked up will be turned into building security concluding the show.
Are there special rates for hotels near the Las Vegas Convention Center?

Is outside food and beverage allowed inside the Las Vegas Convention Center?
No. Outside food and beverage is not allowed inside the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Are children allowed at the show?
Due to safety restrictions, children 17 and are not allowed on the show floor during move-in or move-out. Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult during show days. Minors may accompany exhibitors during exhibitor access hours on show days. Strollers are NOT permitted during show days.
Is smoking allowed at the Las Vegas Convention?
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the exhibit hall, lobbies and meetings during move-in, move-out and all show days.

Will there be appraisers on-site?
There are no appraisers at the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry Watch Show.
Do you mail badges and/or tickets?
Badges are not mailed prior to the show. Please see registration during registration times to obtain your badge for the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry Watch Show.
When can I start setting up my booth?
Move-in for Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show is Wednesday, May 29 from 9am-6pm. Exhibitors will be able to add finishing touches on Thursday, May 30 from 8am-10am, prior to the show opening at 10am.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, all exhibitors are required to have their own insurance. The Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show does not provide any type of insurance coverage for the property and/or personnel of exhibiting companies. Exhibitors must maintain insurance and show proof that meets the requirements outlined in the insurance section of the service manual here.
Can I store empty boxes in my booth during the show?
No. Any empty boxes, crates and cartons must be removed from all booths prior to show open. Empty containers will be picked up by Shepard Exposition Services. Shepard will return all “empties” at the conclusion of the Show. Exhibitors may obtain labels marked “EMPTY STORAGE” at the Shepard Service Desk and should affix them to each empty crate, carton and box. Please be certain to mark your booth number on each label. Exhibitors are cautioned not to leave any merchandise in boxes being stored with “EMPTY STORAGE” labels.
Can I leave merchandise in my booth overnight?
Exhibitors are not permitted to leave any jewelry in showcases overnight, whether or not the cases are locked, unless private guard service has been secured for the booth. Exhibitors who require private guards must employ the official security contractor (SOA Security). See order form here.
Will there be security on-site?
The Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show, Show Management makes every effort to provide protection for exhibitors’ merchandise and displays. Show management will provide perimeter guard service on a 24-hour basis, starting with move-in until move-out. If private guard service is needed, exhibitors must employ the official security contractor (SOA Security). See order form here.
Can I ship items prior to move-in?
Yes, both advance shipments and direct shipments can be made. Advance shipments can arrive on Thursday, May 2, 2019 to Wednesday, May 22, 2019. Direct shipments must not arrive prior to May 28, 2019 at 8am. See shipping labels here.
Will WiFi be available at the show?
Internet services are not included with your booth package. If you require these services for your booth, please refer to the vendor order forms here.
I received an email/phone call about my hotel or attendee lists. Is this legitimate?
Please be aware of solicitations for hotels, advertising and purchasing attendee lists. All legitimate affiliations will be displayed through your exhibitor console or our website
