Emerald reserves the right to use photographs/video taken of you at the show for marketing purposes.
REPRINT FEES: $50 fee to reprint a lost badge for buyers. $100 reprint fee for antique exhibitors and $1,000 reprint fee for non-exhibiting manufacturers.
Attendees and exhibitors entering the event must show photo identification in order to receive their badge and every time they enter the show floor.
Exhibitors and Sponsors may utilize badge scanning in order to follow up with you after the show. Please be aware that by permitting an exhibitor/sponsor to scan your badge, your contact information including address, email, phone & fax will be shared with the exhibitor/sponsor, and Show Name will no longer be in control of how your information is used. No large bags are allowed on the show floor during show hours for any reason. Including but not limited to large purses, backpacks, luggage (including roller bags) laptop bags and briefcases.
All Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show exhibitor booth staff and attendees must be 16 years of age or older. Children under the age of 16, including babies, are not permitted in the exhibit hall at any time, no exceptions.
Emerald reserves the right to accept, reject or prohibit registration for or attendance at its events at any time for any reason.
Attendee expressly assumes, and releases Emerald and any affiliates from, all risks, claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses, whether or not reasonably foreseeable, associated with, resulting from or arising in connection with Attendee’s participation or presence at the Event, including, without limitation, all risks of harm, damage, illness or injury (including death) to or related to Attendee and his or her property.
