Is registration complimentary?
Yes! Members of the jewelry trade are eligible for complimentary registration if completed by May 28, 2026. Starting May 28, 2026, a mandatory fee will be applied.
Do I need to present a government-issued photo ID?
Yes, you must present a physical government-issued photo ID along with your badge at the security checkpoints any time you are entering the show environment. Copies or photos will not be accepted.
I uploaded my qualifying documents. When will I know if my registration is approved?
Once the required documents to qualify your registration have been submitted, please expect to receive an email with an updated registration status within 7–10 business days.
If I have a COUTURE badge, do I need to preregister for the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show?
Nope! Your COUTURE badge grants you immediate access to the show floor without having to preregister.
Can I bring a rolling bag into the show?
Please note: All bags are subject to search. No large bags are allowed on the show floor during show hours for any reason, including duffle bags, suitcases, and roller bags. We encourage you to leave large bags in your hotel room. If necessary, Bell Hop services at Wynn or Encore can be used to temporarily store larger bags.

No, the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show is not open to the public.
Are there special rates for hotels near the Wynn Las Vegas?

I lost an item during the event. What do I do?
Lost and found items will be turned into show management during the event. Items not picked up will be turned into building security after the show concludes. Please email Erin O’Donnell, VP of Marketing with any questions regarding lost items.
Is outside food and beverage allowed inside the Wynn Las Vegas?
No. Outside food and beverage is not allowed inside the Wynn Las Vegas.
Are children allowed at the show?
All exhibitor booth staff and attendees must be 16 years of age or older. Children under 16, including infants and toddlers in strollers or carriers, are not permitted in the exhibit hall at any time. A nursing room is available outside of the exhibit hall near Registration Desk 2, across from Margaux.
Who are the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show approved vendors?
The 2026 approved vendors will be available closer to the event.
Will there be appraisers on-site?
No, there are no appraisers at the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show.
I lost my badge. What do I do?
In the case of a lost badge, a badge reprint is required and subject to a fee.
Do you mail badges and/or tickets?
Badges are not mailed prior to the show. Please visit registration during show hours to obtain your badge.
Will there be scooters or wheelchairs available?
Scooters are $60–70 per day depending on the model, and wheelchairs are $20–25 per day. Reservations can be made online at rental.allegianthospitality.com/wynn or by calling the Bell Desk at (702) 770-2213.
