Exhibitors: Once your registration has been approved, you can log into our Housing Portal from the link in your badge confirmation to book your hotel reservations through our official housing agency, HotelMap. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected]. 

Attendees: We have partnered with HotelMap, a trusted booking agency with a proven record of identifying and securing the best hotel rates available in Las Vegas. HotelMap has several hotels available, including, but not limited to, Wynn & Encore Las Vegas properties. With limited rooms available in our hotel blocks at Wynn/Encore Las Vegas, we need to prioritize the exhibitors of both of our shows that are taking place on the property (COUTURE and Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show). Rates, deposits, and cancellation policies may vary and are the responsibility of the guest. Questions on hotel policies or payments made on HotelMap’s website should be directed to [email protected] or to the hotel directly.
