What are the show dates & times?

Do I need to present a government issued photo ID?

In order to create a secure environment, you must present a governemnt issued photo ID along with your badge at the security check points any time you are entering the show environment. 

Can I bring a rolling bag into the show?

Please Note: All bags are subject to search. No large bags are allowed on the show floor during show hours for any reason. This includes but is not limited to: duffle bags, backpacks, suitcases and roller bags. We encourage you to leave large bags in your hotel room during show hours. If necessary, you can utilize the Bell Hop services at Wynn or Encore, Las Vegas to temporarily store larger bags.

Is the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show open to the public?

No, the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show is not open to the public.

Are there special rates for hotels near the Wynn Las Vegas?

Yes. We have secured a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to Las Vegas affordable. Please note, in order to make or edit hotel reservations, you must log back into your profile.

I lost an item during the event. What do I do?

Lost and found items will be turned into show management during the show. Items not picked up will be turned into building security concluding the show. Please email Emma Pastore, Marketing Manager, with any questions regarding lost items.

Is outside food and beverage allowed inside the Wynn Las Vegas?

No. Outside food and beverage is not allowed inside the Wynn Las Vegas.

Are children allowed at the show?

All Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show exhibitor booth staff and attendees must be 16 years of age or older. Children under the age of 16, including infants/toddlers in strollers and/or carriers, are not permitted in the exhibit hall at any time, no exceptions. There is a nursing room available outside of the exhibit hall, located near Registration Desk 2, across from Margaux.

Who are the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show approved vendors?

The 2024 Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show approved vendors will be available closer to the event.

Will there be appraisers on-site?

No, there are no appraisers at the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show.

I lost my badge, what do I do?

In the case of a lost badge, a lost badge reprint is required at a fee.

Do you mail badges and/or tickets?

Badges are not mailed prior to the show. Please see registration during registration times to obtain your badge for the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show.

Will there be scooters or wheelchairs available?

Wheelchairs:
Wheelchairs are complimentary and can be reserved by calling the Wynn Bell Desk (702-770-2210). Reserving one in advance is highly recommended, so that the Wynn can guarantee they have them available. Guests can pick up their wheelchairs at the Bell Desk upon arrival.

Scooters:
Daily Rentals are $45/ day and can be reserved by calling the Wynn Bell Desk (702-770-2210).Guests can pick up their scooters at the Bell Desk upon arrival.

Exhibitor FAQ

When can I start setting up my booth?

Wednesday, May 29 | 8:00am – 6:00pm
Thursday, May 30 | 8:00am – 10:00am

Can I come early on show days to set up my booth?

Yes, exhibitors are permitted access to the show floor two (2) hours prior to the show opening each day. Please remember to bring your photo ID as they will be checked alongside badges during exhibitor only access hours prior to the show.

I would like to share a booth with another exhibitor. Is this possible?

Yes. The booth share contract will be available soon.

Do I need insurance?

Yes, all exhibitors are required to have their own insurance. The Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show does not provide any type of insurance coverage for the property and/or personnel of exhibiting companies. Exhibitors must maintain insurance and show proof that meets the requirements outlined in the insurance section of the service manual here. (2024 information coming soon.)

Can I store empty boxes in my booth during the show?

No. Any empty boxes, crates and cartons must be removed from all booths prior to show open. Empty containers will be picked up by Shepard Exposition Services. Shepard will return all “empties” at the conclusion of the show. Exhibitors may obtain labels marked “EMPTY STORAGE” at the Shepard Service Desk and should affix them to each empty crate, carton and box. Please be certain to mark your booth number on each label. Exhibitors are cautioned not to leave any merchandise in boxes being stored with “EMPTY STORAGE” labels.

Can I leave merchandise in my booth overnight?

Exhibitors are not permitted to leave any jewelry in showcases overnight, whether or not the cases are locked, unless private guard service has been secured for the booth. Exhibitors who require private guards must employ the official security contractor (SOA Security). Download the SOA Security order form here.

Will there be security on-site?

The Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show, Show Management makes every effort to provide protection for exhibitors’ merchandise and displays. Show management will provide perimeter guard service on a 24-hour basis, starting with move-in until move-out. If private guard service is needed, exhibitors must employ the official security contractor (SOA Security). Download the SOA Security order form here.

Can I ship items prior to move-in?

Yes, both advance shipments and direct shipments can be made. More information on advance and direct shipments will be coming soon.

How do I order items for my booth?

To order items for your booth (i.e: showcases, lights, safes, etc.) please visit the Exhibitor Resource Center of the website to access the show order forms.

Will WiFi be available at the show?

Internet services are not included with your booth package. If you require these services for your booth, please refer to the vendor order forms here

Please beware of solicitations for hotels, advertising and purchasing attendee lists. All legitimate affiliations will be displayed through your exhibitor console or our website. Please contact show management directly if you have any questions.
