TRADE QUALIFICATIONS
The Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show is the largest trade-only event catering to the antique and estate jewelry and watch industry. In order to qualify as a trade attendee, you must be a buyer from an active Retailer, Wholesaler, Designer or otherwise affiliated with the jewelry or timepiece industry. Show Management reserves the right to request additional documentation if deemed necessary. Show Management also reserves the right to deny admission based on insufficient qualification documentation.
Once the required documents have been submitted, please expect to receive an email with an updated registration status within 7-10 business days.
To qualify as a trade attendee, you MUST provide proof of employment and company qualification documents.
PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT:
Must provide ONE (1) of the following proofs of employment:
- Employee verification letter on company letterhead from owner or manager stating job status.
- Copy of company credit card with both employee’s and company’s name (Black out card number).
- Copy of company insurance with employee name.
Note: Business Cards do not prove employment and will not be accepted.
RETAIL COMPANY:
To qualify the Retail Company, you must provide (2) TWO of the following documents:
One of the documents must be (3) three invoices.
- Invoices – (3) three invoices showing purchase of finished fine jewelry or supplies or timepieces within the last (12) twelve months for multiple quantities of products worth a combined total of $5,000 from a minimum of four (4) different jewelry suppliers. (Required)
- List of (3) three customer references (retailers you currently sell to). Retailers must be able to be verified as jewelry retailers.
- Your firm’s State/County Sales Tax Permit or a Seller Permit.
- Business license indicating that you are a retail business.
- First two pages of Store lease that states you are a retail business or photograph of inside and outside of the store including store name signage.
New business only – letter of intent from an attorney or bank on official letterhead stating the intent to start a new retail business.
Online fine jewelry retailer only – active web site address through which company business can be validated.
Mail order companies only – must provide a printed catalog.
Non-Traditional jewelry retailers (such as clothing boutiques or galleries) only – must submit invoices for finished fine jewelry or supplies for multiple items with a combined total of $1,500 or more.
Wholesaler/DESIGNER:
To qualify the Wholesaler/Designer, you must provide (2) TWO of the following documents:
One of the documents must be (3) three invoices.
- Invoices – (3) three invoices showing purchase of finished fine jewelry or supplies or timepieces within the last (12) twelve months for multiple quantities of products worth a combined total of $5,000 from a minimum of four (4) different jewelry suppliers. (Required)
- List of (3) three customer references (retailers you currently sell to.) Retailers must be able to be verified as jewelry retailers.

To qualify the Manufacturer/Supplier, you must provide (2) TWO of the following documents:
- Catalog
- Product Line Sheet
- List of (3) three customer references (retailers you currently sell to.) Retailers must be able to be verified as jewelry retailers.
- Active website address through which the company business can be validated.
Online / TV / Other Direct Jewelry Marketer:
To qualify the Online / TV / Other Direct Jewelry Marketer, you must provide the following document:
- Active website address through which company business can be validated.
New business only – letter of intent from an attorney or bank on official letterhead stating the intent to start a new business.
