How can I cancel my hotel reservations?

If you booked hotel accommodations in the Collective hotel block via our official housing vendor, onPeak, your reservation will be automatically canceled. If you booked a hotel reservation outside the onPeak system and the Collective block, you must cancel/transfer your hotel reservation on your own. 

How can I cancel my flight?

Many airlines are offering waived change fees at this time. We strongly recommend canceling your flight as soon as possible.

Exhibitor FAQs

How can I secure my space for the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show 2021?

Your account executive will be contacting you via phone or e-mail appointments scheduled in advance.

  • For Las Vegas Antique 2021, you will have right of first refusal on the agreed upon location from 2020; your account executive will be in touch to discuss how to apply payments made for 2020 to 2021. In order to secure your location, you will need to leave at least 10% as a deposit.
  • Once a contract is signed for 2021, all 2020 payments will be credited towards your 2021 booth unless otherwise discussed with your account executive.
  • If you do not want to be contracted for 2021, a full refund of your Las Vegas Antique 2020 payment will be issued and you will no longer have right of first refusal on your space from 2020.
  • Refunds will be issued; however, please understand that this may take some time.
Will my 2020 sponsorships roll over to 2021?

Yes, we would love for you to continue your sponsorship in 2021, but these will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Your sales representative will be in touch.

I already shipped items to the advanced warehouse for the June event. What now?

Shepard will work with any exhibitor who may have shipped to their warehouse. Please contact lasvegas@shepardes.com as soon as possible.

 

Do I need to cancel my orders with the official show vendors, and will I get a refund?

Our official show vendors will be canceling all orders and will be reaching out to you in the next few weeks regarding credits/refunds.

I paid for staff overallotment badges. Can I receive a refund?

To request a full refund for overallotment badges, please contact Registration Customer Service on or before April 24, 2020
